Season 2 Contest Winners & New Moderators

Moderator Applications

We've finished reviewing the moderator applications. During this process we looked into the applicants qualificaitons/experience, their in-game & Discord interactions, and their account history. Nobody is perfect, so we try to use our best judgement during the review process. For example, we would consider the situation in which someone may have received a non-permanent punishment, the amount of times and how recently those punishments may have been issued, if someone has continually demonstrated turning over a new leaf since their last punishment, etc.

I would like to point out that everyone had a great application, and if you were not picked to be a moderator this time that does not mean you couldn't be one during a future application process. We expect to open applications again before or during Season 3, most likely for another 1-3 moderator positions. So we urge new/old applicants to keep that in mind between now and then.

The accepted applicants, should open a Support Ticket on one account holding one or more of the characters they listed in their applications to continue the process. With that being said, I'm happy to offer the following 3 players Moderator status:

Steam Update

We've been in steady contact with Steam as Turf Battles undergoes another review. While we're passing the virus checks, Steam now wants us to integrate Steam login/registration and the Steam Wallet for in-game purchases, which we hoped to add later. We're currently discussing if this integration is a requirement or just a strong suggestion. Given Steam's three-business-day response time, these talks have been slow, but we'll keep everyone posted as soon as we have clarity on the situation.

Season 2 Wrap-Up

Season 2 has officially wrapped, and we hope everyone enjoyed the ride! This season brought a ton of updates, many directly inspired by your feedback and long-awaited changes. While we couldn't get to every item on the list, we're committed to rolling out more quality-of-life improvements based on your suggestions and concerns.

Many players have already asked when Season 3 will start, we don't currently have a release date for Season 3. However, we expect it will most likely start mid/late January or sometime in early February (this is just an estimate). Thanks to everyone for being a part of Season 2!

Contest prize winners have received their prizes (except for Titles) in their inventory and/or their accounts eCoin balance. Player Title rewards (including Season 1 versions) will be assigned on November 8th (after the Halloween event restart).
