Test Server Balance Patch 3

Today we are launching the third balance patch for G13 equipment. The following notes document all the changes we have made. As always, we welcome additional feedback.

I know many users are asking when these changes will be going live. We are getting very close! We will continue to be monitoring player feedback and we have some minor changes/fixes left to make between now and the release. However, if all goes well, we could be seeing a release sometime next week/weekend! We will know more after the first bit of feedback trickles in, so stay tuned.

Blade Warrior Changes

• Finishers now do x2 damage instead of x1.7 starting at level 201+.

Fist Warrior Changes

• Finishers now do x2 damage instead of x1.7 starting at level 201+.
• Aura of Fury's critical rate has been increased to 28% at level 10 instead of 20%.

Red Mage Changes

• Helios Staff now requires 500 DEX, instead of 600.
• Helios Staff base AP has been increased by 500.
• The "Red Touch" debuff has been removed from the Helios Staff. Instead, it now has a chance to activate the "Helios Fire" buff when hitting targets with Flame Edge or Burst Edge.
• Helios Fire will increase your Magic Attack Power by 15% for 5 seconds.

Other Changes

• Fixed a bug that prevented users from being able to use the Beta Production Skill NPC.
• Fixed a bug that was preventing Master/Transformation buffs from refreshing if they were used while the buff was active.
• Fixed the G13 stat requirements NPC for the Helios Set.
