Test Server Balance Patch 2

Today we are launching the second balance patch for G13 equipment. The following notes document all the changes we have made. As always, we welcome additional feedback.

Blade Changes (Kronos Set)

• Base defenses of Kronos Equipment have been reduced accordingly:
  • Chest percent physical defense has been reduced from 251 to 250.
  • Helmet percent physical defense has been reduced from 60 to 58.
  • Boot percent physical defense has been reduced from 60 to 58.
  • Vambrace physical flat defense has been reduced from 178 to 167.
• The Kronos Weapon/Shield set effect proc rate has been increased from 15% to 25%.
• The Kronos Sword base Minimum Damage has been increased by 150 (making it 2150).
• The Kronos Sword base Maximum Damage has been increased by 50 (making it 2450).
• The Kronos Sword has gained an additional 70 AP throughout levels 9-15 Physical Attack.
• The Kronos Sword has gained an additional 70 AP throughout levels 9-15 Physical Skill Attack.
• Absolute Defense & Ultra Endure now refresh if you use them while they are active.

Fist Changes (Hyperion Set)

• The Hyperion Gauntlet base Minimum Damage has been increased by 150 (making it 2050).
• The Hyperion Gauntlet base Maximum Damage has been increased by 50 (making it 2250).
• Base percent magic defense of Hyperion Armor has been increased from 40 to 46.
• The Critical Hit Rate bonus for the Hyperion Gauntlet has been increased throughout levels 1-20. It can receive up to 50% critical hit rate at level 20 and roughly 37% at level 15.
• We've increased the speed of the Clinching attack skill by roughly x5 it's current speed.
• Warp Speed & Aura of Fury now refresh if you use them while they are active.

Archer Changes (Artemis Set)

• The Artemis Bow base Damage has been reduced by 200 (making it 3200-3400).
• The total AP gained from Physical Attack on the Artemis bow has been reduced by around 200 AP between levels 1-20.
• The total AP gained from Physical Skill Attack on the Artemis bow has been reduced by around 280 AP between levels 1-20.
• Blind Maker duration has been changed. Each level adds an additional 1 second to the duration, up to a maximum of 10 seconds at level 10.
• Players who were hit by Blind Maker, now have 5 seconds where they can not be hit by another Blind Maker.

Crafting Changes

• You only need to refine 3 Clonium Liquid to make 1 Clonium Essence now.
• You only need 25 Clonium Essence to smith Clonium equipment (non armor and non weapons) now.
• You only need 35 Clonium Essence to smith Clonium armor now.
• You only need 30 Clonium Essence to smith Clonium weapons now.
• We have increased the amount of Potion Brewing EXP gained from creating marvelous potions from 11 to 18.

Other Changes

• Users can no longer use return scrolls in the Soccer Field.
• We have added a Production Skill Level Up NPC (for testing purposes).
