The War of Old

The Isles of Fomalhaut were once home to many different kinds of creatures. These creatures thrived on the land, environment, and rich resources surrounding their homes. Among them, were two advanced races; the Humans & the Nephilim.

The Humans reigned over Ladianes, whilst the Nephilim ruled over Veros. For some time these two races lived in peace. However, as time went by, the relationship between the two began to become strained. Greed, eventually, took hold of the two races and caused a war to break out between them; this war was known as the War of Old.

The War of Old dragged on for decades and claimed the lives of thousands of Humans and Nephilim alike. Each race wanted control of the others land, resources, and even people. Finally, fearing the destruction of their races, the Lord of Ladianes and the Lord of Veros agreed to a truce. In order to ensure history did not repeat itself, each race agreed to open its doors to each other. So that the two races could live in harmony among each other.

It was on that day that the Human & Nephilim race unified into nations, the Ladianes & Veros nations. Once again peace had come to the Humans & the Nephilm, but this peace did not come without a cost. Although many were happy to see the War of Old come to an end, there were few that would always hold on to the secrets of their ancestors.
